Depending on the nature and scope of the project, a meeting may follow our first conversation. It's also an opportunity to get to know each other, with mutual curiosity about how we think and communicate.
We explore your needs in greater depth, the changes you're looking for and whether the proposed approach is appropriate. We clarify the resources available, the constraints and the risks involved in implementation. I then prepare a proposal on that basis.
